If you are looking for quest, it can be very hard for me to give you a good answer since I don't know what quest you have done already and also there are just so many quest in the game I couldn't just tell you just one. Of course there is The Atomic Wrangler and casinos if you haven't already completed them. The Kings questline in particular will send you to Jacobstown which is a very unique and different place compared to the rest of the wasteland. If you are looking for other questlines to adventure through before wrapping the game up, then I would strongly recommend checking Freeside out. I definately recommend restarting and trying out the Legion's questline, it was by far my favourite out of all of them. You can join different factions and try out different play styles such as going full melee or full energy weapons. The thing is no playthrough will ever be the same as the last. Restarting and playing again is wonderful and one of the greatest things about New Vegas. I noticed on your profile you have 40 hours on New Vegas and I can definately tell you that there are more quests out there, you just have to keep looking. If you haven't completed the DLC already then definately do those but otherwise if you feel you have completed most the quest then I would recommend either starting again or trying to explore.
